Dr. Adam Eid Ramsey is Co-Editor-in-Chief at HPHR (formerly the Harvard Public Health Review), CEO at NYC Daily Post, Resident Physician at Arnot Ogden Medical Center and an Entrepreneur Leadership Network contributor.


He is a world-renowned lecturer, author and editor of more than 100 medical papers, articles, reports and manuscripts. Dr. Ramsey is an advocate for greater access to addiction treatments and removing the stigma around substance use. He sounded the alarm on the effects of COVID-19 on the opioid epidemic.


In his article published in the LA Tribune, he advocated for expanding telehealth and ensuring access to care for all addiction patients during the pandemic. In a subsequent LA Tribune article, he interviewed world-renowned addiction expert, Anna Lembke, MD of Stanford University to highlight the urgent need for a national response to the opioid crisis. Dr. Ramsey also delivered the keynote speech entitled “Addiction: a chronic condition of the brain, not a moral failing or a lack of willpower.” at the 2021 Toufik’s World International Conference.


Prior to his current roles, he served as the Alt-Resident Representative to the Board of Directors at the NY State Academy of Family Physicians and a Board Member of its Operations Commission as well as its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Taskforce. He was also a research fellow at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School as well as a college professor at various institutions.
